l  이벤트명 : 김재환 ILLUSION 콘서트 화보집 & SCHOOL SUPPLY KIT 영상통화 팬사인회

l  사인회 일정 : 2021년 7월 3일 (토) PM 16시 20분(KST)

-       영상통화 팬사인회 참여 순서와 시간은 6월 23일 이후 개별 연락처로 안내될 예정입니다.

[중요 공지사항]

-       김재환 ILLUSION 콘서트 화보집 & SCHOOL SUPPLY KIT ‘영상’ 팬사인회를 신청하신 당첨자 중 ‘대면’ 팬사인회로 변경을 원하시는 분은 help@swingeshop.com으로 양식에 맞춰 메일 보내주시면 변경 도와드리겠습니다.

양식 : 이름 / 연락처 / 변경할 팬사인회

EX) 홍길동 / 010-1234-5678 / 대면 팬사인회로 변경

-       영상 팬사인회와 대면 팬사인회 변경은 2021년 6월 21일 23시 59분까지만 가능하며, 이후에는 어떠한 사유로도 변경이 불가합니다.

[이벤트 준비 안내]

1. 당첨자에게는 별도의 URL이 발송됩니다. 안내되는 URL에 지정된 시간까지 이벤트에 필요한 개인정보를 등록 부탁드립니다.
- 개인정보 등록 기간 : 2021년 6월 23일(수) ~ 2021년 6월 27일 (일) 23시 59분 까지

- 응모 정보(주문인 성명 기준)와 동일한 정보에 한하여 이벤트 참여가 가능합니다.
- 개인 정보 등록은 본인에 한하여 1회만 가능하니 꼭 내용을 확인하시고 등록 바랍니다.
- 정해진 기한 내 등록이 되지 않을 경우 이벤트 당첨은 무효가 됩니다.

2. 사인회 당첨자는 개인정보 등록 완료 후 정보 변경이 어려우니 반드시 이벤트를 진행할 연락처로 등록 부탁드립니다.
사인회는 카카오톡 영상통화(페이스톡)을 통해서만 진행되는 점 양해 부탁드립니다.(외국인 고객에 한해 WeChat, LINE 메신저 사용이 가능합니다)
- 국내 당첨자 : 카카오톡 ID , 휴대폰 번호
- 해외 당첨자 : 카카오톡, WeChat, LINE ID(택 1) 휴대폰 번호+국가번호 필수 기재

3. 사인은 별도의 사인지에 진행되며, 행사 후 당첨자에게 별도 발송 예정입니다.

개인정보 보호법 관련, 본 행사 진행을 위해 전달된 당첨자의 개인 정보를 수집할 예정입니다.

- 개인 정보를 제공 받는 자 : 스윙이샵
- 제공하는 개인 정보의 항목 : 이름, 생년월일, 연락처, 주소
- 수집목적 : 김재환 ILLUSON 콘서트 화보집&SCHOOL SUPPLY KIT 영상통화 팬사인회 진행 응모
- 개인 정보를 제공받는 자의 개인정보 보유 및 이용 기간 : 이벤트 종료 후 7일 이내

※ 본 행사는 사전 공지 없이 일부 변경 및 취소될 수 있습니다.

[이벤트 진행 안내]

1. 당첨자는 영상통화가 가능한 핸드폰을 미리 준비해 차례를 기다립니다.

-       본 행사는 내국인은 카카오톡 영상통화(페이스톡)로 진행할 예정이며, 외국인은 카카오톡, WeChat 혹은 LINE으로 진행될 예정입니다.

-       이벤트 시작 전 신분 확인 절차가 진행될 수 있으니 당첨자 분은 신분증을 준비해주시길 바랍니다.

-       ※당첨자 확인 시 사용할 수 있는 신분증을 아래와 같이 규정하였으니 반드시 사전 확인 바랍니다※

-       내국인 미성년자 : 초·중·고등학교 학생증, 여권, 생년월일이 표기된 국가 공인 자격증 등

-       내국인 성인 : 주민등록증, 운전면허증, 여권

-       외국인 전체 : 여권, 외국인 등록증

-       내국인 미성년자를 제외한 모든 고객께서는 '학생증(대학교 학생증 포함)'을 본인 확인용으로 절대 사용할 수 없습니다.

-       ※ 韓国人の未成年者を除く全てのお客様は’'学生証(大学の学生証含め)”を本人確認用としてご使用できません。

-       ※ 除韩国未成年人以外，所有人不得用学生证（包括大学生学生证）

-       ※ All customers except Korean juvenile can not use 'Student ID card (including university student ID card)' for identity verification.

2. 팬사인회 시작 30분 전에 발송되는 이벤트 시작 안내 문자를 확인합니다.

-       예상 통화 시작 시간 안내 및 답장 체크를 위해 발송되며, 안내 문자를 받으시면 스태프의 지시에 따라 진행해주시기 바랍니다.

3. 아티스트와 영상 통화 팬사인회를 진행합니다.

-       영상통화 진행 시 당첨자 본인 차례에 2번 이상 전화를 받지 않는 경우 영상통화 회차 마지막에 1번 더 전화를 드릴 예정입니다. 마지막까지 통화 연결이 안 될 경우, 영상통화 팬사인회 진행이 불가합니다.

-       영상통화 중 불가피한 사정으로 갑작스러운 종료 시 한번 재발신 이후 수신 불가 시에는 당일 팬사인회 참여가 불가합니다.

5. 아티스트와 당첨자는 2분 간 영상통화를 진행할 예정이며, 영상통화가 끝난 후 본 이벤트는 종료됩니다.

-       당첨자 본인이 전화를 종료하지 않는 경우, 진행 스탭에 의해 전화가 강제로 종료될 수 있습니다.

-       영상통화 시간은 당첨자 분들에게 모두 동일하게 적용될 예정입니다.

[이벤트 주의사항]

1.     사인회 진행 시간은 당첨자 모두 동일하게 진행되며 통화 내용이 부적절하다고 판단될 경우 참여가 제한됩니다.

2.     무리한 요구 또는 본인과 아티스트에 대한 사적인 질문, 오해가 생길 만한 질문은 불가합니다.

3.     이벤트 진행 시 당첨자 본인이 아닌 다른 사람과 연결되거나 본인 이외(2인 이상)의 사람이 참여하실 경우 강제 종료될 수 있으며, 제 2의 전자기기를 이용한 음성 녹음, 사진 및 동영상 촬영은 불가합니다.

4.     팬사인회 영상을 라이브 중계(인스타그램 라이브, 페이스북 라이브, 아프리카 TV, 트위터 라이브 등)를 금지합니다.

5.  이벤트 시작 전 본인의 네트워크 환경 및 비디오, 오디오 설정을 체크하여 이벤트 진행에 문제가 없도록 부탁드립니다. 당첨자의 수신 환경에 의한 통화 불가는 책임지지 않습니다.

6.     원활한 이벤트 진행을 위해 진행처로의 발신은 삼가 주시기 바랍니다.(역 발신 시 이벤트 참여 제한)

7.     영상통화 사인회는 사전 안내된 시간에 시작하여 진행되기에 이벤트 진행 기간 동안 당첨자의 연락이 원활하지 않으면 도움을 드릴 수가 없습니다.

8.     위 내용에 표기되지 않아도 원활한 진행이 어려운 행동을 하거나 진행에 방해가 된다고 판단되는 경우, 담당자의 통보 후 영상통화를 강제 중단할 수 있습니다.

9.     본 팬사인회는 진행사 사정에 따라 사전 고지 없이 시간 변경 및 취소가 될 수 있습니다.

This is an announcement for the online participants for Kim Jae Hwan ILLUSION Concert Photo Book & School Supply Kit Online Fan-Signing Event.

l Name of the Event:         Kim Jae Hwan ILLUSION Concert Photo Book & School Supply Kit Online Fan-Signing Event

l When:                             16:20 (KST), Saturday, July 3^rd, 2021

Commencing on June 23^rd, participants will each receive a text message conveying the information of what time the call will be made.

Any online participants that wish to change to offline participation for Kim Jae Hwan ILLUSION Concert Photo Book & School Supply Kit Fan-Signing Event should send an inquiry to help@swingeshop.com with the following information.

-       Name

-       Contact number

-       E-mail

-       The type of event that you wish to attend

For example, Jane Doe / (+82)010-1234-5678 / help@swingeshop.com / I wish to attend the offline event.

Change requests will be accepted until 23:59, June 21^st, 2021. Any requests received after this period will not be accepted.

1.       Participants will receive their own URL. Please visit the URL and enter your required information until the due date.

-       You can enter the information from June 23^rd, 2021 to 23:59, June 27^th, 2021.

-       Only the applicant may participate. (The names of the participant and the applicant must match.)

-       You may enter your information only once. Please check thoroughly before sending the information.

-       Should you fail to enter the information during the given period, your participation will be canceled.

2.       Participants may not change the information after sending it. Participants must enter the contact number they wish to participate in the event with.

-       The event will take place on Kakaotalk Face Talk. (Foreigners may use WeChat and LINE.)

-       Domestic participants: Kakaotalk ID, contact number

-       International participants: Choose one from Kakaotalk, WeChat, or LINE ID, contact number and you must include the country code.

3.       Autographs will be signed on a separate piece of paper and sent to the participants after the event.

Participants’ information will be collected for the event, according to the Personal Information Act.

-       Information collected by:             Swing E-Shop

-       Information collected:                  Name, D.O.B, contact number, and address

-       Purpose of collection:                  For sending announcements for Kim Jae Hwan ILLUSION Concert Photo Book & School Supply Kit Online Fan-Signing Event

-       All information will be discarded seven days after the event.

※ This event may be altered or canceled without further notice.

1.      Participants must have their smartphones ready prior to the commencement time.

-       This event will take place on Kakaotalk (Face Talk) for the domestic participants and on Kakaotalk, WeChat or LINE for the foreign participants.

-       There may be identification verification prior to the event. Please have your ID documents ready.

-       Acceptable ID documents are as follows:

l  Domestic participants: ID cards, drivers’ licenses, passports, national licenses displaying the D.O.B.

l  International participants: passports, alien registration cards

2.      Participants must check the notification text message that will be sent 30 minutes prior to the event.

-       The text messages are to notify the commencement time and to check the participants’ responses. Participants should proceed in accordance with the staff’s instructions in the text message.

3.      Proceed with the signing event with the artist.

-       With the video call event, if the participant does not answer the phone twice, the participant will be called one more time at the end of the session. If this last phone call is also not answered, the participant will not be able to take part in the event.

-       If the video call is terminated for unexpected inevitable reasons, the participant will be called one more time. If this second call is not answered, the participant will not be able to take part in the event.

4.      The video call will be two minutes in length, and the event terminates after the phone call is finished.

-       If the participant does not end the call, the staff may disconnect the call.

-       All participants will be given an equal amount of time for the face talk.

1.      All participants will be provided with an equal amount of time for the video call. If the content of the call is considered inappropriate or unreasonable the participant will not be able to further proceed with the event.

2.      Participants may not make unreasonable requests or personal questions to the artist.

3.      If the call is connected to an irrelevant person or to more than one person, the call may be terminated by staff. Voice, image, or video recording with another device is strictly prohibited.

4.      Live streaming the event on SNSes such as Instagram, Facebook, Afreeca TV, Twitter and et cetera is strictly prohibited.

5.      Please confirm that there is no problem with your network, and audio and video settings prior to the event. We hold no responsibility for any disconnections caused by the participants’ network environments.

6.      For the smooth procedure of the event, please do not call the event phone number. Any participants that call the number may be restricted from participating.

7.      This online event will commence at the notified time. If the participant is out of reach during these hours, assistance may not be available.

8.      The staff may terminate the call after notice if there are any unreasonable disruptions or interference to the event, whether or not mentioned in this announcement.

9.      This event may be altered or changed depending on the hosting company’s situation.
